Lori has a love for engaging, educating, and empowering others to build Generational Wealth.  As a wife, and mother of five sons and one daughter she believes that Financial Literacy starts at the kitchen table.  Her goal as a mother is to empower her family not to be doers but thinkers, by empowering and inspiring them the “Think and Grow Rich” as outlined by author Napolean Hill.  Lori Wilcox specializes in community outreach and collaboration. As a community engager of organizations, she has coordinated multiple programs through various partnerships with schools, churches, and service organizations (Rotary, Kiwanis, Sororities, and Fraternities).

Lori and her husband Maax, run a free afterschool program which empowers youth to think outside the box, to go against the norms and live life to their full potential by creating Leaders that Lead long before they recognize they are LEADING, the “MaaxTheKnight” and “LoriWilcoxWay”.

She has been the elected Municipal Clerk/Collector for her community with a city budget of over $70 million dollars for the past decade.  She was the President and is an Executive Officer for a nonprofit with a budget of over $5 million dollars, since 2012.

Lori received a Bachelor of Arts in Individual Studies from Western Illinois University, a Post-Bachelors Paralegal Studies Certificate from Roosevelt University-Chicago and a Master of Education in Classroom Technology Integration from American InterContinental University; she is a Registered, Certified & Master Municipal Clerk/Collector and is pursuing an Ed.D in Curriculum Instruction and Design.

In October 2021, Lori was cleared for a second time of Cancer, making her a two-time cancer survivor, a combat war veteran of the United States Army and WARRIOR HELPING OTHERS WIN.
